ok, we still have some time so i am putting some dates to vote on in November...

hopefully everyone can make the date we pick.

once we have the date i will post a poll which can work as a way to have people designated to bring an item.

these are all Saturdays for those who go to Church on Sunday. If that rules out anyone and no one is planning on Church we could opt for a Sunday, same weekend.
