DURHAMTOWN PLANTATION SPORTSMAN'S RESORT

CAMPING RULES AND REGULATIONS





Everyone must sign-in at the lodge upon arrival.

Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate (and/or permanent) dismissal from Durhamtown Plantation

Absolutely no dirt bike/atv motors started before 8:30am or after dark.

No excessive drinking in camping areas

Quiet time after 10pm

No loud music or noise.

No barking dogs. All pets must be on a leash at all times.

All trash must be picked up in your camping area. Do not burn trash in the fire pit.

Fires are allowed- weather permitting. If it is too dry for campfires, please use good judgement.

Respect all other campers at all times.

Kids must be supervised at all times.

Only wash dirt bike/atv in the bike wash station. No rinsing of bikes/atvs in the campground.

No bike/atv storage on cabin decks please.

Parking Permits must be visible on all vehicles.

ANYONE VIOLATING THESE RULES CAN BE SUSPENDED WITHOUT REFUND.

They have a mini/peewee track sound pretty safe here are the rules



Up to 125cc 4-stroke

Up to 85cc 2-stroke only

No adults riding on the track

No going the wrong way

No stopping on the track

No aggressive/fast riding/racing. Use the Main MX Track for THAT!

No entering or exiting from anywhere except designated areas

ok so the truck is ready for durham town now also. Changed the oil, rotated and balanced the tires, New air and A/c filter, and performed a alignment. Not that the truck needed a alignment but better to keep it up. So now its all good ready to make the trip.

I just called up and talked to Cindy at the Pro Shop.

~They DO have gas there on the premises. In the Pro Shop they have BP race fuel. Then outside they have regular fuel pumps at $3 per gallon.
~The cafeteria on premises serves 3 meals a day. Should we run out of milk or need ice just ask and they will gladly give it to us.
~The Pro shop there stocks a lot of various parts such as wheels, tires, brakes levers, brake pads.
~They also have a fully equipped service department for installs or tire changes.
~Alcohol is permitted but not available on the Premises. So BYOB.

dp website say's the trails close at 5pm. I found another atv trail system 8 miles from dp that closes at sunset . that a few extra hours of ride time . but if it is to wet it will be closed .it's a 5$ a day parking fee .
