Ocala questions

I want to bring my family to ocala this weekend but it seems like a huge area and alot of people complaining about getting tickets.

I have been to big scrub but i honestly didn't like it. Too sandy and whoops. Is there a place where I can ride a scenic loop type trail without getting harassed?

1st of all, What do u ride..?


U have Croom of coarse......which is great to ride after the Rain. otherwise, It's all sugar sand & Whoops!But, that Fl.!

We usually go to a place thats just south of big scrub, it has marked trails and some pretty good scenery once you get out into the open. There is alot of sugar sand, but that's unavoidable in FL. I hate to send you to another message board, but if you go to the Where 2 Ride section on www.thumpertalk.com they have a ton of information on all the areas in Florida, also there are plenty of people there to answer questions too. if you are just cruisin, the lake delancey area to the north at the ohv trails is scenic for florida. i saw a bear. but follow the rules and dont ride on the roads at all and you will be fine. but slow riding is all they really want there. camping was good too.

welcome, ocala is good for slow riding.They dont like loud pipes or people that go fast.So i dont ride there much :D:D:D
