I know some of you have talked to a few shops about getting prizes for the event. We need now to take the draft flyer this week and go to our local shops and vendors to get a comitment! if the vendor would like to get on the professional printed flyer advertising (min. 5000 printed), which will also include mention on the e-flyer and announcements during the event.

we need to complete this by this sunday 2/21 for the flyer printing and i know with the TBRD crew we can get some good prizes to have fun with. i know we can do it, we did a great job on Vance's Poker Run.

we still can accept prizes beyond this sunday and they be included on the e-flyer and announcements during the event.

I will hit up my boss tomorrow and see if AUTOZONE can hook us up with some door prizes, no promises, but I may be able to get us something!! I may need either the flyer or a TBRD letter, showing this is not a profit event!!!!!!:drink1:
