server issues

the host server has had some problems last night and was being worked on. :cussing:
they say we sould be up and running now. :rolleyes:
still slow but they are working on it

Hello Brian,

The RAID Array on this server is currently initializing. Raid initialization is extremely resource intensive and would explain the slowdowns you are experiencing. We are doing everything we can to leave most resources for normal functions such as Apache and MySQL to keep your site performing as quickly as possible.

The RAID initialization is about 67% complete at this time, and once it has completed your service should return back to normal.

My apologies for this inconvenience, and thank you for bearing with us while we get this resolved,

The server has been running a high load all day because the raid array is initializing. It's almost complete (94%). I'm estimating it will complete in 1 - 2 hours from now. At that point everything should be back to normal. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
