i looked at the site and it says:

MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN. OTHER WISE MUST HAVE A NOTARIZED RELEASE SIGNED BY PARENTS AUTHORIZING ANOTHER ADULT TO SIGN RELEASE .
