so heres my story
got off early friday and were on the road by 230. eat and got there to find seckel pulling down the road behind me. we found a good spot along the track. (besides getting stuck momentarily :tard[1]:) got settled and enjoyed the evening watching people pour in. went down around 10 and had the new sweet dual air mattress setup :thumb: no generator needed and was chilly but warm in bed.
the guys got in, we registered and did the practice run which was the enlightnement of several water (to become muuud) crossings, some tight sections, some wot field sections, not too many whoops :thumb:
enjoyed hanging out with everyone and cruising around while we were waiting to 330. just a beautiful day! weather was perfect :bubbrubb2:
at the line... i think 19 bikes on my row 7, 12 in my sr class  .. i got a good start, about 5-7, was rippin. then the first water crossing, dudes stuck on the left, someone on right and i take a center line up to the right, unfirtunately where the guy on the left was coming up and had wheelied and came down on his left front which sent me slamming my chest in the bars then almost thrown over with engine brake and i smash my hood and push off the bumper  and actuall pull it off loosing only a coulple spots but see ing stars for a bit. then into the woods where it was soooo dusty i could not see the ground in front of me, guessing, following, eating dirt like crazy and almost thought i was gonna barf.
going good, speading out, i pass some diff classes, stall on a tight tree stick back, feeling good but arm pump.. then i see dave stuck and guy in front of me squacking :blahblah: lucky he got reverse!!!! we get going and i pass dude and on dave..sucka would gassss it in the opens and i couldnt pass but was on him so i woooot and he lets me go :thumb: thanks dave, then im then i pass seckel, then behind another guy and we go down this hill into some soup mud by now and we both go left and he stops and i bump him and im stuck!! :devillook: :devillook: :devillook: thought the race was over...so i see guys passing while getting ready to step off and my saviors with a 4x4 chain my bumper and pull me out!! (thank you guys soooo much!!) and i am off hammering, not winded and feeling good, staying on it. i pass a guy in my class who didnt seem to want me to pass once he saw i was in his class but i did and was gone and then run into dave again, behind him in tight i bump him and stall it, on it, catch him, and i woot and i pass and am on it, blasted the last mud section where i was stuck and pushed tot he finish!
had no idea of place since my transponder only worked twice so we cleaned up and headed over to scoreing to find out i placed 2nd! was/am very happy with that! :SugarwareZ-005:
they guys headed out while the fam and i stayed and watched some live music, cruised around and chilled out cranking tunes till bed. sleept great again with the dual mattress, i recommend.
woke up, had coffee and liesurely packed and was out by 930 for an easy trip home.
a fantastic weekend fo sho
thanks Team TBRD for a great time and everything!!! you guys and gals rock!!!
