Thinking about going with long travel A Arms. I have ohlins shocks which I'm told I can send back to the factory and get them resetup for long travel shocks. What are some of the A Arm companys you guys are using and what are some of the specs? +2 or +1?

I am using ARS FX MX Lite +2.25 long travel a-arms, no complaints so far...I have 2 rides on them now, one at Croom and one at Ocala Wandering Wiregrass. Being wider has a few problems in tight stuff and there was one corner I could not make at Ocala (partly because I was ripping in 5th gear then I forgot there was a hairpin u-turn). I plan on getting some 4+1 rims to narrow up the front another 1" for some trails. Otherwise I am starting to like it cause it doesn't feel so tipsy all the time.

I bought my front shocks used and already set up, my rear shock is getting done by WiigStyle racing in Ohio or Nebraska, can't remember which. I ended up buying a spare shock from the shop and they're PCing my rear spring right now cause I don't like blue.

Best Bang for the buck imo is JD Performance +2's.

Is it worth it to get the long travel or just standard shock with extended A Arms? Pretty serious difference in price.
