Precision dampner

I just installed my Precision dampner last night. The specs for XC seem kinda loose to me. What settings are some of you running?

I have an Elka, but the setup may be similar. I would add about 1/3 stiffness and take a good ride on it. If you feel a lot of fatigue still, add more, if none minus or leave as is.

i set mine by feel. Too much stiff will make arms tired. Some like the inner soft outter firm and vise versa.

I would set it as tight as you can without is making you tired.
