Went out to sunshine today,I think my foot slipped off the peg and I landed on my ankle and BROKE IT:bs::bs::bubbrubb2:So it looks like Im going to be doing more of this :cheers::cheers: and less of this :bubbrubb2:

Bro that sucks! It must be something in the air!!! First me, then Knine, then my buddy cracks a couple ribs, and now this.

I agree with B. Nerfs are a must. I have the AC Racing Pros with heelguards. They are extra wide and have nasty teeth for better grip.

Maybe we need to have a tampabayridindirty night at the bar!!! :cheers:

I go to have the plate put in on thursday.The doc said I can walk on it 3 days after the surgery.

Hit one of the smaller doubles and my foot slipped off the peg and I ran it over in 4th gear and then I began flipping.So I am getting some nerf bars before I ride again.Its like the third time I ran over the same foot

Love my AC Racing Nerfs with the healguards. It's funny how wrecks can change perspective. After seeing my buddy take it in the ribs, I immediately got a chest protector. I will never ride without one now!!!!

Here are some nerf bars for you to see. They can really save an ankle and have much better grip for your boots.

The essential safety equip IMO is:
Helmet
Nerf Bars
Good Boots
Chest Protector

If U going 'Flying" off u're bike...and land on a rock or root with u're knee....U're going to wish u had some sort of Knee Protection.

Knee protection is Cheap... So, there no excuse's!

Well the verdict is in and I have to stay in a removeable cast for 4 MORE WEEKS:eek::coffee::bs::bs: Here is the good stuff they put in me

The doc says its healing good but it hasnt been long enough.I had to wait a week for surgery from the time I saw you in the ER.So its only been 2 weeks.

All my breaks were due to the motorcycle accident except the most recient leg(the x-ray I posted up).That is my first off-road break.2 wheels is just as easy though,Ive pulled someone out of croom on 2 wheels that had a broken leg and I belive this would'nt of happend if my cheap a$$ bought a set of nerf bars along time ago(its not the first time I ran over my leg)
