Can I do an hour then take a break, ride another hour, get something to eat, let my belly settle, take a nap and then do another half hour so I don't get a cramp, then I have to take a dump so I will only last about 15 minutes. Then I will need water breaks at least every 45 minutes it will get hot by then.
I will be done by about 8 pm

Let me know when you schedule my kind of race and I am in

You ride for about a 1/2 hour, take a 1/2 hour break while your teammate does a lap, ride for another half hour and so on.

Plenty of time to drop a duece and get some water on your break :crackup:

If you are smart, you can get a young teammate who likes riding, then ride for a half hour, let him/her do two laps at a time, so you rest an hour then ride a half hour and so on.

Yeah it's still on. We had our date planned and started giving out fliers months ago.

Borich might race in GNCC and skip us this year, but we'll still be there :thumb:
