I'm going on a fishing/diving trip to the dry tortugas this weekend so its up to someone else to break the senior class winning streak. I'm planning on running Myakka though.

I just read on the FTR site that its a 9 mile course and will be different than the last race.

Its saying you need an AMA member ship is it a part motocross park or something?

From the way I understand it, it's gonna be some of the same course and some new stuff that's never been ridden. I can almost guarantee ya that if it hasn't been ridden it's gonna be ROUGH. I won't be makin it seein as I got a head gasket leaking from the last race. Good luck Brian and all the rest of ya! :thumb: Hopefully see ya at Myakka. :cheers:

No it's not a MX park. I think the hosting club gets better rates on their insurance sometimes when using AMA. It's only 39 bucks. I switched over to ATVA. Same thing except it's more quad oriented.

You must be both FTR and AMA members in order to race the race on Sat... If you don't have the AMA.. I think it was $40

im ready.... engine oil and filter changed, new honda oem clutch and springs, new seal for clutch pull arm, new hi/low compression valve for shocks with heavier oil, freshly cleaned and oil air filter plus cleaned and shined bike ....good to go!

and back to eating lightly before the race with pepcid on hand for acid attack! :thumb:

My bike hasnt even been washed since the Motoplex halloween event. It is however sporting fresh oil and a clean air filter though. Also will be running a fresh set of grips and new rear brake pads. I had hoped to wash the bike and pick up a new set of riding gear but ran out of time.:drink1:
