We will open early on Friday @ 12pm and close down on Sunday @ 5pm as usual.
We will have several events throughout the weekend including Drag Racing, a Poker Run and a few others. The Drag race format will be as follows:
On Saturday we will be having 2 different drag races, heads up style and bracket races.
We will start @ 10am with test and tune. This will be the practice time that the bracket racers will want to determine their dial in time. The heads up racers will work on finding the right set up for the track during this time. We will allow the test and tune 2 hours ending @ 12pm.
We will take a break at 12pm for track maintenance, this will last between 30 minutes and a hour. After the break we will start the bracket racers first. It will be a double elimination race.
Following the bracket race we will do some track maintenance and roll right into the heads up races. This will also be a double elimination race.
After the races we will present awards (cash) to the winners and then allow time after the race for some more heads up racing. This is the time where the racers can race each other for the fun of it or put some cash up to make it interesting.
Please note that every racer must have at least a helmet unless you have a side by side with a roll bar and seat belt. The only other requirement is a racing number (posted on the right side of the vehicle). If you do not have one we will write your number down on a piece of paper that can be worn on your jersey or race vehicle.
The cost for each race is $5 for registration and $10 for the winners pot. You may choose to run both races if you like.
