I was wondering if anybody on here is interested in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)? Or BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu)?

I love it!!! Watching it that is. I would get whooped in the ring. But it's ok because I am a great shot!!!

I was thinking about it more for the exercise than fighting,but im not sure if my knee can take it

How bad is your knee? Because Jiu-Jistu is great exercise, but your bad knee might not like it!

My avatar is my knee (total of 6 pins and a metal rod) I lost a lot of range of motion

Yeah then Jiu-Jitsu is defently not for you. We have had three people tear something in there knee since I've been training.
