The GNCC last year had 339 quad entries and this year it dropped to 159. Id say that series is going to feel the pain even worse in the months to come with fuel going up even more.

Half the racers means half the crew, family and friends to watch
Things are rough all over I hope they get better
I guess that "change" idea is not working out so good
We are scaling back on everything but still trying to have fun and get out riding

If they made it a different weekend than the Daytona Supercross that would probably help the attendance.

Thanks for pointing out my error. I went back through and added the entire 2010 river ranch turnout and this years entire turnout and found this...

2010 = bikes and quads total 1170 racers
2011 = " " total 849 racers
for a difference of 321 less racers
