How early for summer riding?

My summer plans are looking to ride from 8:00am until noonish.

if it was like last summer we get there around 8 am and leave when the sun sets .and not sure about camping much this summer . think i am buying a boat soon .

I found that the evening riding, say from 3:00 to dark were the coolest. I am all for Saturdays 3:00-Dark. I usually just ride my wave runners in the summer because of the heat.
