I took my Quad in to be repaired because the clutch went out and it was still under warranty. They replaced the clutch and I went to pick up my quad. When I got there I was told that Polaris didn't want to pay for the repair because the clutch had been replaced before.
This is the reason Polaris gave "The drive clutch returned was not used in production for eight months before this unit was built. In addition it is grooved"
Now I know I didn't replace the clutch and RideNow says they didn't replace the clutch. So Who did? The clutch fairy.. I'm thinking I was sold a used unit as a new one...

not possible. they cant sell you a quad that someone else bought. it just doesnt work like that. when you buy it all the title work and warranty registration is done. which all use the vin of the machine. so you can scratch that. polaris provides all the quads for us to use for there WOT Demos. so scratch that aswell. polaris is one of the best riding quads. but at the same time they suck at warr parts and labor. yamaha and kawa are the best i have seen in the warr dept.
