Does anyone know of antbody that does borings in the Tampa Area? I need to bore out my 400ex cylinder 2mm. Or maybe someone that can resleeve would be nice. Im in a toss up between staying with the stock bore or upgrading to a 416 (87mm) or 426 (88mm) bore. The 440 is out of the question as too many horor stories on overheating issues. There seems to be more bad than good when reveiwing the 440 kit. Right now my cylinder is 85mm which is stock but thanks to blowing the head gasket in the last DFA race it left some minor scoring that will need to be at the very least honed.
Any help will be apreciated.

If you decide to stay stock bore, I would be happy to hone it for you. Just let me know. :thumb:

I'm in the process of building my own 416. I kinda wish I had gone with a 426, but oh well. RTR performance racing engines is doing my machine work. He is located in Bartow. In your area I hear Hanz Engine House is good.
