I used the grey concrete garage floor epoxy they sell at home depot. I bought a gallon and was able to coat the floor 3 times. It’s been down for 3 years now and it still looks good. I have spilled gas and oil on it and it wipes right off and doesn’t seem to hurt the epoxy any. To clean mud off of it I just sweep it out then use a damp mop.

We just used the cheap peel n stick vinyl tiles & they seem to be holding up just fine. Just sweep it out when needed & it can be mopped.

I did the same as merl on my work trailer and its been down for about a year now and still looks good. We use the trailer every day during the week and haul all our of tools and carry drywall in there too. It still looks good plus if it does get tore up all it takes is a quick coat of paint to make it look good!

Take a belt sander to the ply wood to clean the surface. Paint is 90% prep and 10% painting to get it to last. Then use a good Bear paint out doors deck pant. I panted my floor this way 4 and half years ago. Gas, oil, jacks getting dragged over and its still looks good. :thumb:

Brian is the glue hard or still sticky. Belt sander with 60 grit or lacquer thinner, but prepare to get high. :medatate: We use lacquer thinner at the body shop to clean ever thing.

welli went with the garage paint. got it in black. dont like it. will be shoping for linolium to cover the whole area with no seams. just have to find a cool pattern.

would love a rubber type floor. anyone know where you canget a roll?

heres the finished paint.... just dont think it will last, seems thin and weak and will scratch easily.
