Hardrock MX and Ocala Big Scrub ride

We are planning a trip up to Ocala.

Day 1: Hardrock MX all day, camping at Hardrock overnight
Day 2: Ocala National Forrest Big Scrub all day, undecided on staying over for a possible Day 3.

We havent finalized the dates or whether we will be up there a 3rd day. It will be myself (400ex), my brother (400ex), and my friend, 250ex. Just looking for more people to go riding with up there.

alright will do. How is Hardrock. We have never been to any MX track and Hardrock has a good amount of tracks for us to ride. Are there any big doubles on the main track?

Well as of right now quads are not allowed on the main track. But there still is the outback track, the sand track, and the roller coaster to ride on. There is mostly tables on the outback and it is made more for quads and the sand track has doubles on it and the roller coaster is fun. More natural terrain than the other two.

Why is that they don't let quad on the big track? I went not to long ago and one of my friends went two week ago and everything was OK for quads on the big track ! One time they were upset because two guys on quads stop on one of the table tops in the back and one guy on a dirt bike landed on them and got hurt really bad and the bike got destroyed !!! but they let us go after a lil wile ...

Hard Rock is a really nice place to ride, even the big track is nice, the only crazy jump, and it is very crazy ! is the water tower but you can roll it on the left with no problem.I love the "Roller Coaster" it is fun.

If you have never been on a MX track, just remember to keep your line, if there is someone else trying to pass you, both will be safe if you stay on the same line you're riding on, don't stop on the track, if you have to for some reazon, get of the track and stay away from the jumps specially on the landing areas, you can't tell if there is anyone on the other side of the jump and there are no flagers on Hard Rock, be safe and enjoy !!!

I ride there everyweek and right now they have a sign on the shed where you pay that says no quad on main track exept if you have permission from owner. It has been on there since the end of april as I can tell.

that video and pictures are awsome, I see the outback track, looks like you can go around and jump and clear everything with no worries. I am interested in see the rollercoaster track, if I ever go up there. I hear it is fun.
