I have A Dr.Friend Who's is going to give me the Keys ..to open the gates of His Property.

This is Virgin land.....Some of it is Flat like u would see traveling N. on 75 and some of it is brush land/wet lands! There A pond to play in also!

The Entry into His Property...Will have good amount of parking if I can remember.

It's 45 Acres...That we can use!
It's Off of 75 & I4...

Only thing He ask...Is For a Waiver to be sign!



So, What I hope to do is invite a few of the Quads Riders out there next wk end......and do there thing out there to clear some land..make trails,throw around some dirt!

Then if this becomes a popular spot...it could be turn upside down with a Bulldozer & turn into something that all in the area Could enjoy...Let's Hope!

So, What do U all think?
Is 45 acres..enough room to Play on ?

After, looking @ Airials & Walking It.....There Is Just To Much Growth, Falling Trees, From A Year Ago...To Clear The Land The Way I had Imagine It Being Done!

So, Until The Owner Of The Land Clears It Which He Has Said, Will be In October. I Guess The Area Will Be On Hold For Us Till This Is Done!

I went there with the Blueprints a Short time bac.....Looking to turn it into a Road racing Cours,,,,Then I realized Jennings was 200 Acres! ha!ha!

I walked the Back part...it can be used for Dirtin...:)

I've got a front end loader. I might be a biyatch getting it there though. You will be amazed at how small 45 acres will feel after riding at Croom. I have 60 acres and I can ride the entire periemter of it in a few minutes.

I'm Just Going To Let Him Do It, The Way He Has Been Doing It For Yrs!

Then When The Time Comes, We Can Go In There And Do It The Way We Want To.

I have a 16-17 foot equipment trailer , I had cars,bobcats,front end loaders on there so it should fit If that is you problem to get it out there
