Today was great. woke up too early but got there it was completely dark and went for a trail ride. whoops and lights are funny and fun.

Pics look great! Sorry we missed u guys! We did make it out there but not til like 2PM I hadn't been feeling well so I was lucky I made it out at all. Couldn't enjoy it as much as I would have liked but it was nice to ride, even if I took it easy. And even if I did get lost in the woods by myself...doh! Randy hit a tree and nick hit a stump, and bent a tie rod! But we're all good! Lol
Hopefully we'll catch ya all next time!

lol thats good. Croom is 2,600 acres and has just about everything Florida has to offer. Rock sections, cliffs, huge hills, gulches, pits, mudholes, clay tracks, so many trails in fact just yesterday I discovered a spot I had never been to. It was tucked away far in the back looks like nobody had been on the trails in a really long time no tracks at all. Of the 5 or 6 years od riding at Croom I still havent covered it all and found ever cool spot. Its an experience and known as one of the best spots to ride. Whats your idea of fun Ricksta? What terrain do you like to ride?

lets recognize...most people have no idea of croom and the endlessly changing terrain with different riding terrain areas. i say we all enjoy the trails most of all. it is hard to share that experience here and on pictures. that is what i thrive on. the pit is merely place to have some different fun and find some jumps to take pics on.

the ripping in 3rd and 4th WOT threw tight trees and turns is where it is at :rock:

and i am so pumped from riding this weekend and feel friggin great!!! woot wooot

Yes that burm is a 4-5 gear coming out of the woods I think he is 17
I followed him and it is 4th - 5th gear which I have pics and so does ranger al on his web site. Believe it or not Jeff hit it on his 700 kawasaki of all things. Whats up with the ricsta. Have him follow me on his street bike up the hill.
And yes I hit it and have pics its about 40-45 foot distance. I even have pics of Saturday hitting a different burm in 4th the burm is closer to the front. He nose dove twice I seen that. Scared me Q

dang you saw that too. I went up after to take a look at the jump and said a big hell no i'm not doing that. It wasnt that much air but for Croom and what you usually see it was big. The jump looked all fine and dandy until i looked at where I have to land its basically flat AFTER another highbank so if you dont clear it casing a landing going that fast is not going to be fun. I imagine things in my head before I do them like whats the worst possible thing. I pictured a quad hitting the other berm before the landing and just end over end flipping. I wanna know what suspension he has because if its stock not even rebuilt I would be fine as long as I clear the other berm. All you guys gotta do is keep telling me or calling me a little girl and i'll probally end up doing it. That happened before my friend jumped this cliff and everyone looke dat him like he was crazy and he was. He called us all little girls and blah blah blah I said 2nd or 3rd? put on my helmet and just held on for my life. the jump for me had a 75% landing rate. the 25% yes the quad landed but it sure as hell wasnt on the ground it was on me. alright 1st to hit the jump next weekend, 1...2...3.. not it lol

I want to make kind of like a table top jump some how out of a burm, you know like jump from one side of the berm to the other. Kind of like a table top but jumping over a gap.

long travel doest mean you get more wheel travel its just a longer shock body for easier more precise tuning for the shock builder. Once my suspension is done I hope I will go all out in Croom. 5th gear pinned whoops in the pit i've already done 5th gear low end and hittin all the jumps without worries. Anyone have a car stereo system (head unit and 4 speakers) and possibly some 15" Honda 4 lug Alloy wheels? Once I get that done on my car i'm goin all out on my quad lol I have nothing better to spend the money on

i was talkin more of havin a nice quad to take the girls out to go riding. i'm not saying my quad isnt nice now but it doesnt ride on clouds like I wish it did.
